While content creators maintain ownership of the original content they create, ANCILIA retains the right to optimize such content for SEO purposes. ANCILIA may also use the content, including sharing it on various social platforms of its choosing.

3. Revenue Generation:

Any revenues generated by ANCILIA from the use or sharing of user content, outside of previously agreed terms with the advisory team, will remain the property of ANCILIA. The creator does not have any rights to such revenues.

4. Content Editing:

The creator of the content retains the right to alter their content at any time, subject to approval by a lead editor in the ANCILIA knowledge center.

5. Engagements with Content Creators:

ANCILIA retains the right to contact the content creator for interviews, and invite them to serve as advisers. At that point, the adviser will be subject to specific terms of engagement, which could be issued in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding or other written/verbal agreement between both parties.

6. Communication:

If you contact ANCILIA through any of the available channels (e.g. telephone, email, social media), we may use your contact information to reply and communicate with you, including notifying you about our news and services.

7. Member Area:

Before you can interact in the members' area of our website, you must sign up. Any contact details you share when signing up are subject to the communication terms described above.

8. Moderation:

All users are subject to our moderation rules. We may suspend or terminate your account and remove any content you post if we deem it necessary, in accordance with our moderation and editorial policies.

Paid member area content will have content the user paid for but, given the nature of the forum and the possibility for other users to comment on the same threads, Ancilia has found it to be unreasonable to own liability for any misinformation potentially drawn by the users.
